I never met a real estate agent I was impressed with, until I met Jenni Sullivan. Right from the start, it was clear she is knowledgeable, experienced and motivated. Jenni did an amazing job with our condo sale. She handled everything, from the paperwork, minor repairs prior to listing, to staging the condo. Any issue that arose she handled with ease and grace. With recently moving out of state and not being there to assist my mom with getting her condo ready to sell, Jenni took care of everything. From getting her condo into pristine condition to staging to the marketing and showing, she did it all! Even with the normal ups and downs that can happen in buying and selling, Jenni was in constant communication with my mom and made sure she was aware of every detail. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly and even when there were some possible delays, Jenni worked like crazy to make sure it still closed on time. Jenni has been great through a handful of transactions now. As an investor it’s important to work with people who understand what you’re trying to do and provide a strategy that works effectively. Jenni understands fully what I’m trying to do and I trust her to help me make the best decisions. The last 2 purchases we wanted to be aggressive and quick. Jenni negotiated both transactions to contract before offer review dates even hit. And on the sales side she told me what she thought we could get and ended up getting exactly that. From the moment we contacted Jenni, it was full speed ahead. My mom suddenly had to move to a facility and needed to sell her condo to finance the cost. Jenni was amazing to work with! We interviewed several other realtors and Jenni was better in many categories. First, she lives in our neighborhood and had a great understanding of what houses in the area should be listed at. Other realtors wanted to list the house roughly 150k below what Jenni did. We ended up getting 120k over asking! Second, Jenni took care of way more details than other realtors. All we had to do was get our stuff out and she did the rest: handyman, gardener, window washer, house cleaner, and stager. We were putting off selling because of how much work it was going to be but Jenni made it easy and stress-free. Thanks Jenni!
