I joined Windermere Real Estate in September 2009.  As a broker I offer both an outstanding level of real estate knowledge and an exceptional level of professionalism. I am a full time licensed real estate broker and a regular top producer with over 15 years experience in the real estate business. I have participated in a range of real estate transactions, including, condos, townhomes, residential re-sale and new construction.  This has given me the chance to work with a very wide range of agents, buyers, sellers  and negotiating styles.

Navigating the multifaceted decisions needed in today’s real estate market requires an agent with dedication, experience, and professionalism. I am devoted to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, and enthusiasm. Especially during shifting market cycles, I provide my clients all the information they will need to help them make informed real estate investment decisions.

The power of relationships and the experience to know how to get things done is the foundation of a successful real estate transaction. I am well regarded by my peers and have created valuable working relationships with other professionals in the business, including title companies, attorneys, lenders and appraisers. I have served  as a Local Director for the Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors for 2 years, Vice President of Professional Standards, Vice President of Communications and currenty serve as the 2025 Association  President.   I also serve with the Womens Council of Realtors Greater Snohomish currently as the First Vice President. 

On A Personal Note

I have a family of four. I have been married to my very best friend and husband James for over 30 years. We have two grown kids Kayla and Austin. They are currently making their own way as adults!  James and I  must have felt the house was a little too quiet so we now have Bodi a 5 year old golden lab. He currently serves as the favorite child.
When I am not working I always enjoy spending time with friends and family. You will often find me working in the yard, out on a walk with Bodi or over east enjoying our tiny house just outside of Chelan.
