Jen was great to work with! She has knowledge and experience and a great attitude. She is responsive in all fronts: email, texting, phone calls etc and kept in touch even when she was out of town if there was a need. Her contacts worked out well also. Folks like a home inspector, gardener, painters, house cleaners and stagers. And probably others I have forgotten. I found her to be flexible, pleasant and on time. House Selling - 2025 Jen proved to be just as solid at guiding us through the selling process as she was the buying process. If anything she has gotten better in the 3.5 years since we last worked with her. In this challenging market we ended up getting 70k over our redfin value estimate with her guidance. House Buying - 2021 Working with Jen for our first home buying experience was fantastic. She patiently answered our questions and is an absolute wealth of knowledge. She was also able to put us in touch with multiple professionals to really make our home into our dream home.
