Jeff Kissick is the BEST! From the start of the offer, he ushered me through the pre-offer (should I, shouldn't I) decision, the offer and the final acceptance. Through his negotiation skills, the offer was accepted, then due to a lower appraisal, he negotiated successfully with the sellers/seller's agent to a price reduction of $11k. All along the way, there were bumps in the road, but he calmly led me on towards the closing. Even after the closing, another bump, he was there (immediately) for me for a successful resolution. I could not have stumbled through this on my own or with his "always there" support.

Jeff served as our buyer's agent on a recent purchase. We knew what we wanted to accomplish (downsize with room for visitors / reduce our time spent on property up keep, chef's quality kitchen) but weren't completely dialed in completely on location. Jeff helped us sell our home in North Bend this past month. The home was on the market on a Thursday and by Tuesday the next week we had a buyer who offered full asking price. I felt Jeff gave excellent advice on getting the house ready and where to set the pricing. He was very attentive and guided us through the inspection process, appraisal and helped us with all the important details that need to be taken care of during the whole process. He even helped us with resources to find a condo to rent since our house sold so quickly and we needed to transition! We have worked with Jeff now multiple times over the years. First to buy our initial house, then this past year to sell and do a new construction deal. There are a few things that stand out about Jeff. First, there's no agenda. He never pushes us to make a certain decision, and really puts his clients' desires first. He also has a calm demeanor which is nice for what can be such a stressful situation. He also knows the Seattle area well, and would be great for someone who is moving from out of state. Jeff Kissick has sold one home for me and will be listing one in the near future. After working with him on the first sale, I didn't need to think twice about contacting anyone else. I got to know Jeff when he represented the seller that I bought from. I was impressed by how Jeff handled the sale for both parties. Jeff is a hard worker with the attributes you'd look for in a realtor such as character, honesty, hard working, personable and helpful. In July, 2011, Jeff helped us find and purchase a foreclosure in the Kent area. We'd been outbid (price was too high) on 2 other homes and this one we really wanted. It was 4th of July weekend and because of Jeff, we got the house. He contacted the agent and worked quickly to get our bid in early. Three years later, I retired and Jeff helped us sell our house so we could move back East. He hired someone to stage our home and take awesome pictures for the listing. Jeff is a great advisor. He does his homework and helped us plan and set reasonable expectations. He helped us with photographing the home and staging ideas. He held open houses.
