Jeff assisted me with every step of my condo sale process. When we first met he gave me information on standard procedures to facilitate a sale. He kept the process on track being mindful of my stress and at times needing extra explanations. Actually everything went very smoothly from one step to the next and in a short time frame. I don't think the staging, listing, open house and other viewings could have worked better, thanks to Jeff's background and experience. My condo sold after one weekend open house.
