To ensure you fully understand your purchase I will provide you information in regard to comparable homes, help you to understand the neighborhood, and provide information about community educational and recreational opportunities. Once we have made an offer, our partnership will continue through the negotiation and closing processes. I consider a sale successful once I have delivered the keys to your dream home.
