I have been selling real estate in the greater Sacramento area since 1990.

Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I owned my first home as at age 32 and it was simply the best move I have ever made. Since then I have bought and sold many homes for myself personally and have been fortunate enough to work side by side with my father on many renovations.

I have vast knowledge of many areas in Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties. I spend about 75% of my time working with sellers and the other 25% working with buyers. I have found myself working more with people of my generation who have had to downsize their parent's residences or are finding themselves having to finally sell that family home. I enjoy this aspect of my work because it is very personal and allows me to take the time, care and heart in these delicate transactions. I work with investors and have successfully closed quite a few short-sales. Working with buyers is always fun, you will find that I love looking at homes as much as you do! I love the excitement of buying a new home and will live vicariously through you, but will help to take the emotional burden out of the situation for you so we can negotiate the best possible deal on your future home.

Being in real estate and with my knowledge of construction and remodeling I've been able to help my clients work through questions or concerns they may have about selling or buying a property, I love this part of brainstorming and problem solving with my clients.
