When I began the house searching process, I didn't know where to begin, from coordinating the mortgage process to searching for homes within my budget. Jeanette made the entire process delightful and seamless, connecting me with trusted lenders and guiding me through purchasing a home. Jeanette is a warm, bubbly person, and she is also incredibly competent and organized. When we toured homes, she prepared binders with detailed information about each home we were seeing. This made it very easy to keep the different properties straight. Each week, Jeanette sent me a group of homes online to look at, keeping my feedback about what I was looking for in mind and sending me homes that matched my wants and needs. I was surprised to find out not all realtors do this, so Jeanette truly goes above and beyond for her clients. The experience I had with Jeanette is why I have been recommending her both on- and offline to all of my friends currently in the market to buy a new home.

Jeanette did a fantastic job for us. We moved from out of state and only had a limited number of trips to look at houses. Jeanette went out of her way to preview houses, take videos, meet inspectors, etc. Her help didn't end when we closed on the house, she still took time to help us coordinate things.

Jeanette Pop did a great job for us in selling our property in Bonney Lake. Not only did she manage the 1031 exchange very well for us, but she did all the prep, advertising, and showing long-distance (we now live two states away). She made the long-distance escrow process as easy as possible and we were able to do all the sales paperwork by e-signature. She communicated very efficiently with us and kept the whole process running smoothly. Not only that, but we first started talking to her about getting this done back in 2016, and we blew hot and cold for awhile before working up the courage to complete the transaction. Through that extended period, she unobtrusively kept us updated on the local housing market and kept us on her radar. When we finally decided to do the sale, we had no idea how to complete a 1031 exchange and, together with our local realtor, she worked with us to complete the process as smoothly as possible.

My husband and I decided to sell our home because of the great market. We had several agents contact us in regards to assisting us with the sale. We originally chose a team that made big promises but, unfortunately did not live up to any of them. We decided we needed to switch agents, preferably someone that we knew something about, and we were so thankful we did! We chose Jeannette because she came highly recommended to me by a co-worker. My co-worker was telling me about how hard Jeannette works for her clients and how truly invested she is in helping them any way she can. Boy, did she live up to her outstanding reputation! Jeannette gave us some suggestions on what she thought would help the home sell. She asked if she could paint some areas of our home to make it more appealing. I could not believe a real estate agent would help with something like that! That was a wonderful surprise. She decorated the whole home herself and did so just beautifully. My husband and I wished she could decorate our new home because she has such a talent. She gives great advice and honest opinions, and it really shows that she excels at her job. She is extremely dependable, trustworthy, honest, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and the list can go on and on. I can not say enough good things about Jeannette and now I will highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Jeanette was amazing. We had a very short timeline and she was very calm and professional. She found a home within a week of starting our search and we were able to put an offer in have it by the end of the day. Which was unexpected considering the current market. Very smart. Knows a ton about not only the market but the area and the environment and the process. She made everything go very smooth. Even when the previous owner didn't leave the house looking good she had them come back with dumpster to remove their junk. Jeanette is high quality

My husband and I have been looking at houses for a few years now. We currently live in France majority of the year and our income is foreign. There were so many times we felt defeated in finding a lender but Jeanette continued to take her time exploring the house purchasing process with us. When we began looking at houses this time around we were actually not that interested in the house we purchased. Jeanette recommended we take a look in person because she felt it had everything we needed plus it was a great area. We agreed to look and the rest is history! Thankfully she encouraged us to look at a house we weren't orginally interested it! We chose the home we bought because it fit everything our family wanted! We have room to grow and it is absolutely gorgeous. We love that there is great entertaining space indoor as well as outdoor. We chose Jeanette because she was a close friend to my sister. Jeanette made our house buying experience smooth and easy! We were very picky on finding our new home and she was patiently consistent on sending us the newest homes on the market, thankfully we found our perfect 10! More than 1 offer was made on our home the day we put our offer and I honestly feel like we might not have got it if it wasn't for Jeanette's organization skills and professional advice on the necessary steps to get there!
