A dedicated, full-time Real Estate Broker and consultant. Jason has been licensed in real estate for 21 years. After working the sales side of real estate with Prudential California Realty for 7 years he wanted a business he could grow himself as well as the opportunity to continue to work hands-on with his clients. Soon after he founded The Sparks Team Realty and that is when “Sparks Started Flying”.

This company occupied the top spots in sales in the Riverside and Inland Empire every year from 2007-2013. Then in October of 2013 he decided to join the ranks of Windermere Tower Properties to take his business to yet another level. With the amount of professionalism, online exposure, and tools Windermere offers, his business continues to grow. He is a tenacious negotiator. He is not only full of energy, but he is also a “people” person. He develops personal relationships with his clients and many of them become great friends. He enjoys working with people personally to translate their ideas and needs into reality.

Jason being a U.S. Army Veteran, also supports various resources for the first responder and Veteran programs in the community. He donates every year to Riverside Police Department (specifically the K-9 unit), and sponsors many events through the year to help with Veteran programs. With a team of four dedicated people you are guaranteed to have superior results. He believes that buying or selling a home should be a fun and memorable experience. His goal is to always put his client’s needs first instead of merely chasing a check, like so many other agents.

He is also very active in his community donating to the local schools and youth sports programs. Jason has served on many boards donating his time and money to support various programs. He is a corporate sponsor for many of the Martin Luther King High School sports programs and continues to give back to the community where he achieved much of his success!
