Originating from a legacy of realtors, Jason Smith possesses a high familiarity with, and passion for, the real estate industry as he spent his childhood days discussing buying, selling, contracts, and the current state of the market with his father. This experience drove him to invest in his own investment properties and to buy and renovate his own home.

As a native to the Northwest, Jason possesses intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the area and is highly educated in regards to home and property values unique to the region. From the design stage to the finished home, Jason thrives on working together with his clients during renovation projects. This, coupled with his deep understanding of labor and building costs, brings an incredible amount of knowledge when selling a home.

His rich background and education have formed him into a diverse and relatable person, distinguished by a genuine and confident manner. He received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington in Sociology and served as Kitchen Manager and Social Chairman for his fraternity; Phi Delta Theta.
