Mission Statement
My mission is to provide my clients with the highest level of service possible: Real estate is a sincere passion of mine. I will apply my passion and extensive background in multiple areas of real estate to ensure clients full satisfaction.
Education and Background
I grew up in Kirkland until my family decided to move to the country “Woodinville” in the mid 1970’s. I graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. I worked for William E. Buchan Homes paying my way through college and developing skills that I did not realize at the time would become very relevant in my current career. I then spent several years in construction materials sales working with many of the premier builders, developers, and architects in the Puget Sound area. I was also a corporate account executive for a software company in Redmond working in a fast moving environment covering the west coast. I am a certified Real Estate Appraiser and owned my own appraisal company for several years. I have built homes and extensively remodeled homes and investment properties. My experience in the building industry, corporate sales, and real estate appraisal industry has been very beneficial in becoming a well versed Real Estate Professional. My professional real estate career utilizes a full range of skill sets for my clients in home buying and selling. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients in real estate, competently leading them throughout the entire process.
Personal
The Kirkland/Woodinville/Kenmore areas have been my home for over 40 years. I lived in Woodinville WA in the community of Hollywood Hill for nearly 30 years. I am an Inglemoor High School graduate and WSU Alumni. My 3 children attended school in the Northshore School District where I have been an active volunteer. I enjoyed coaching youth sports which included Football, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball and Wrestling.
