Janice (Weijing ) Cai was a professor at renowned universities in China. After coming to the United States and obtaining a CPA license, she worked in an accounting firm and a big insurance company. She also volunteers in a number of education charity organizations. Since joining the real estate industry, she has been the company's top sales. She is not only engaged in residential sales, but also in commercial real estate transactions, and has been one of the top brokers in the Greater Seattle area.

She is the first Chinese to be on the CBS real estate column show. She is also the guest speaker of the real estate column program at US Chinese Radio.
