Best home purchasing experience to date - we closed in under 30 days! Janet was phenomenal to work with while shopping for our new home. Janet Carmona is an amazing realtor and knows what she is doing! Janet and Raul were with us every step of the way through the selling process. Not only were they extremely helpful with getting our house ready for staging/pictures/and selling, they sold the house during the first Open House! They are caring and understand that selling a house can be stressful, but with Janet on your team, that process went smoothly. The house was priced correctly and communication with everyone was flawless. The Carmona team was fabulous!

I recently worked with Janet to close on my first home, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the area. She was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive and flexible throughout the entire process from the very first viewing until closing day and beyond. She was able to fit around my schedule and I was comfortable enough to make offers on homes after only seeing them on a video call with Janet including the one I purchased and am now writing this review from. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the decisions you're making every step of the way (as she once put it: "you're not buying a puppy"). Janet helped me and my husband find our very first home which was no easy task given the current market. She took the time to explain the whole process to us (sometimes clarifying the same thing more than once) and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I really felt she had our best interests at heart during the whole process and even though we had seen many houses she was able found us our final home and did a virtual tour for us when our timeline was tight. She really understood what we were looking for and worked very hard to find a place that would be perfect. She is very friendly, kind, and above all honest and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a home.

Janet has a wonderful personality and very professional. She helped us find the perfect home a few years ago and recently sold our rental home.
