James M. Tapio, Managing Broker, GRI
Jim began his real estate career in 1979. In 1992, he started his own corporation, James & Co. Realty, Inc. and is currently licensed as a Real Estate Managing Broker/James & Co. with Windermere Stellar. Years in the profession have given him valuable experience and knowledge including, but not limited to, real estate sales, personal investment properties, single family/multi-family property management, and apartment building rehabilitation management. His current focus is working with Sellers and Buyers in residential (pre-owned and new construction), land, and investment properties. Jim is a consistent top producer and has earned a loyal client base of many repeat and referred customers.

Jim received the MLS of SW Washington Outstanding Professional Award in 1996, 1997, 1998, and the MLS Lifetime Outstanding Professional Award. He has the professional GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute) designation and is a member of the RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service), as well as the Clark County, Washington State, and National Association of REALTORS.
