Background in Real Estate and Education

Growing up in the Portland, Oregon area, my childhood was filled with a love of exploration. Whether traveling around the country to visit family, embarking on road trips, camping in the great outdoors, or touring Europe, I developed a deep appreciation for the diverse landscapes and communities I encountered. These experiences ignited my passion for real estate, as I was captivated by architecture everywhere I went. As early as elementary school, I remember collecting real estate flyers from local listings, attending open houses, and taking an interest in my parents’ real estate transactions. This early fascination evolved into a habit of keeping a close eye on home buying trends, pricing shifts, and new developments in the property market.
My academic journey led me from Tualatin High School to Pepperdine University, where I earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in French. During my time at Pepperdine, I spent a year abroad in Switzerland, immersing myself in the language and culture while traveling throughout Europe. This experience enriched my understanding of different communities and further fueled my interest in real estate.

Real Estate Career and Expertise in Spokane

Before transitioning to real estate, I spent two and a half years at a marketing agency, where I managed media buying for clients in the live entertainment industry. This role honed my skills in strategic planning, client relations, and the art of negotiation—skills that seamlessly transferred to my real estate career, which officially began on May 1, 2024. My background also includes real estate internships in marketing and agent services, providing me with a well-rounded perspective on both residential and commercial real estate.
Since beginning my career, I’ve assisted multiple first-time homebuyers in Spokane, guiding them through the exciting journey of purchasing their first property. My clients have consistently appreciated my ability to negotiate favorable terms on their behalf. Additionally, I’m expanding my expertise and realty services by learning more about the commercial real estate sector. My unique strengths lie in my commitment to integrity, my background in marketing and relationship management, and my ability to forge meaningful connections. My strong quantitative skills further enable me to help manage my clients’ financial expectations and effectively budget for their real estate investments.

Life Beyond Real Estate

Outside of my real estate career, I am passionate about exploring the Spokane area, whether through skiing, hiking, swimming, or learning golf. My wife and I share a love for thrifting and antiquing, and our home is filled with the unique treasures we find. We are both actively involved in our growing faith community in Spokane, and we also enjoy discovering the city’s vibrant food scene, especially in Kendall Yards, Audubon Park, Downtown Spokane, and the South Hill. These experiences not only enrich my personal life but also enhance my work in real estate, as they provide me with a diverse appreciation for the area and its many offerings.
