Jacqueline helped us step by step from selling our house and purchasing a new one. Jacqueline Feil was a joy to work with. She made me feel like I was her only client. I was a bit stressed doing a 1031 exchange for an out of state rental property, during a pandemic, & with winter approaching. Since I lived in California, she did video inspections for me with great detail and I actually put in an offer without seeing the property in person. It all went smoothly and was done in 3 weeks. She helped me focus on what was important in a rental property and was a true professional.

We randomly chose Colorado to be our home state after 24 years in our beautiful but, too large home in Alpine, Utah. We had explored Boulder and Denver and we had landed in the Loveland/Fort Collins area. We did not have a realtor her and my wife had requested a viewing of a home. Jacqueline was the only realtor who offered to show us the house and be sure that we were represented. We had no intention of buying without representation, but Jacqueline's response made the choice of realtor easy. She understood my wife's desire to find a home quickly but wanted to be sure that we found the right home for us. Jacqueline is a lovely person who is very knowledgeable about not only Northern Colorado, but all of Colorado. We found a home that is perfect for us because of her hard work.

She was super knowledgable about existing, new and custom homes, so we continued to use her.
