Meet Jacob

I’m Jacob, and I’m not your typical real estate agent. I treat every client like a friend, because that’s how I’d want to be treated too. I care deeply about what I do, and I care even more about who I do it for.

I was born and raised right here in Seattle. This city is in my blood. I know the neighborhoods, the little pockets with character, and the spots only locals talk about. I’m proud to share that love with the people I work with, whether you’re brand new to the area or you’ve called Seattle home for decades.

My expertise doesn’t stop in Seattle. I have deep knowledge and long standing roots in both Snohomish and Pierce County as well. When you’ve spent your whole life in Washington, you don’t just learn the surrounding areas, you build real connections throughout the entire Greater Puget Sound.

When we work together, I take the time to understand you, your lifestyle, your vision, your goals, and then tailor my service to best serve your needs. I’m there when you need a sounding board, a second opinion, or someone to just explain things without the jargon.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all service. I treat this process like it’s just as important as it really is. Every showing, every listing, every offer, every call, I show up fully, with care and intention.

Outside The Office

When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me hanging with family and friends. I love to cook and test new recipes in the kitchen, and support out local restaurants.

I also enjoy staying active and getting outside. Whether it’s a hike in the mountains, a bike ride around the city, or just enjoying neighborhoods on foot.

And of course, as any true Seattleite will tell you, the day doesn’t officially start without a solid cup of coffee. I love supporting our local coffee shops and bakeries.
