I have been a full time Realtor in the Seattle area since 1991. The first year I was in real estate I earned Rookie of the Year award and the second year I was Top Producer of my branch. I have been blessed and successful in the business for the past 30 years.
Service Area:
I do not limit my geographic location to any one specific area. As a buyers' agent, I will go anywhere in Pierce, King and Snohomish counties to find a suitable home for my client.
Versatility:
I handle both residential and commercial transactions and I am a member of both NWMLS (residential multiple listing) and CBA (commercial multiple listing). I am fluent in English and Chinese both Cantonese and Mandarin.
