Ilya Neizvestny was borned in the former Soviet Union, now known as Lviv Ukraine, a refugee taken in and raised in Toronto Canada. After completing his education as well as service in the Canadian Armed Forces, he immigrated to the  US in 1993. Witnessing San Jose rapid growth during the DotCom boom Ilya worked in the tech industry for such companies as Lightspeed Interactive, Compass Rose Media and DreamWorks to name a few, and even earned a screen credit on Shrek II.  Then the opportunity to venture out on his own in 2005 to open Pawin’Around, a top rated pet care center in downtown San Jose. Growing the business to over 1 Million yearly revenue and 18 employees by 2020, when he sold the business and building to start a third career in real estate. With commercial as well as residential properties investments in Silicon Valley, Ilya has a keen understanding of the current real estate market and trends. He is hard working, reliable, down to earth and treats everyone with compassion, honesty and understanding. Ilya is looking forward to building relationships and assisting your real estate needs.
