A Passion for Real Estate

Being a third generation realtor, Ian has always had Real Estate as a big part of his life. He loves the incredible power real property has to change someones life for the better. Through creatively thinking about the highest and best use for a given property, Ian loves to solve whatever problem is thrown at him.

There are so many different ways to 'do' real estate. That can mean getting creative with the financing, the strategy for acquiring buy and holds, the niche you look for in your flips, the sweat equity you can build whether physical or on paper, Ian loves the deal.

Ian was introduced to Gig Harbor after meeting his fiance at Washington State University and he's never looked back! He was licensed in 2015 and now actively serves Gig Harbor, North Tacoma, University Place and Port Orchard. Although he grew up in Edmonds, Ian loves the South Sound community and enjoys life with his wife Jessica and their son Bridger in Gig Harbor.

Life Outside The Office

Being somewhat obsessed with Real Estate, when Ian isn't actively working he's usually listening to a podcast or reading a book that has something to do with the field. However, he also enjoys going for a run, taking on renovation projects. Most of all, Ian looks forward to spending time with his family. They can usually be found outside, enjoying all that this wonderful area has to offer.
