Holly began her professional career in the dental field and loved the work and the patient relationships. She enjoyed working in this environment for many years, and has also worked for some of the finest restaurants in the South Sound area as well. These jobs had a few things in common: the need for excellent customer service, a close attention to detail, and the need to perform under pressure. These are the things that make Holly feel at home as a real estate agent! She’s looking forward to bringing these skills into the house-hunting and selling market. Holly has had the opportunity to work as both an individual and on a high producing team, and while she enjoys both styles, she feels the happiest when she gets to spend time with clients and be able to devote time and attention to each client.
For Holly, integrity is key, and she doesn’t want to live or work without it. Holly’s need to be authentic, honest, responsible, and help others all while building relationships with people is part of her personality, and it will certainly serve her well in the world of real estate!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: Relationships are what I value most. It's easiest when everyone feels comfortable and free to be themselves. We meet, we connect, we discuss your wants and needs and then we find your next home or sell your current home together! Teamwork is essential throughout the entire home buying/selling experience. Solid communication between buyers or sellers, lenders, escrow and myself is what makes a great team! Whether you prefer texting, talking on the phone, emailing, or meeting in person, I always want to hear from you.

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I work in both Gig Harbor and Tacoma. I’ve lived in Gig Harbor since 2007, and this is my home—it’s where I live, play, and even get away from it all! Before living in the Harbor, I lived in Tacoma for a decade. I’m looking forward to showing you around both of these amazing cities, and their surrounding areas. They are two different worlds within 15 minutes of each other… and they’re both amazing!
