Holley was an amazing agent to work with and I was so glad that I chose her to list my husbands house. It was a very stressful time for me as he had recently passed away which was the reason for the sale. Everything went very smoothly from the first meeting right through to the end. She is incredibly responsive and I never had to wait too long to hear back from her no matter how small my question or problem was. When it came to staging and generally getting the house ready for market there really are no words to describe how helpful and supportive she was. Selling a house under these circumstances was very stressful and emotional but her support, understanding and above and beyond 'not afraid to get her hands dirty' attitude was both very welcome and much appreciated. She certainly helped me through the hard decisions, but even more than that she helped keep me on level ground when things got emotional for me. I would totally recommend Holley to anyone looking to buy, sell or both!

We first worked with Holley on buying a new home, and after that process was complete we hired her to help us sell our home in Woodinville, WA. The market had taken a significant downturn shortly before we listed so it was not an easy task for Holley, but she maintained such a positive approach throughout the process which helped us not panic when it didn’t sell immediately. She held open houses every weekend, followed up with every agent that came through with a buyer, and spent countless hours at our home making sure it was ready each day for viewings. At that point we had moved out of the area so she was there every single day turning lights off and on, watering flowers beds and planters, vacuuming inside and blowing patios and decks outside. The Windermere office that Holley is based out of has an amazing team, all with so much invaluable experience, and all of whom were available whenever Holley needed assistance. Even though the market was extremely unpredictable during this timeframe, she helped make the process as painless as selling a house can possibly be. We would use Holley’s services again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the Seattle/Eastside area.

Holley was a wonderful agent to work with! I ended up selling and buying with her and she was very dedicated with both, and on top of communication with the other agents for my purchase, in addition to keeping myself in the loop with all details I needed to know. She is so cheerful and willing to help and go the extra mile that makes her stand out vs. other agents. I had another agent I was going to work with but never felt like I mattered much and it was much more difficult to communicate with them. I’m very glad I ended up working with Holley instead!
