About me

Hi, I'm Helen Pinel. I started my real estate career in the boom of the 90s at the Windermere flagship office in 1998 after attending the University of Washington. I am also the winner of the “Five Star Real Estate Agents, Best in Client Satisfaction” by Seattle Magazine. I have a passion for houses, architecture, interior design, and most importantly, people. Buying a house is a big commitment and I'm here to help you every step of the way. I will work closely with you to help you with financing options and find the home of your dreams! I ask the right questions and I listen. It's a very rewarding feeling to help someone find their first or even third home or if you're relocating from another state.
I have recently joined the team in our newest office In Green Lake where we are finding cutting-edge ways to help simplify the home buying and selling process. We are a close knit group that is all about you--the buyer or seller.

When I'm not in the office or showing houses, I love to ski and have even skied the stunning Alps in Chamonix, France. I am also an avid dog lover and volunteer with Guide Dogs of America.
