With a deep appreciation for the outdoors, the Pacific Northwest has always felt like home. Originally from the UK, I moved to the U.S. spending 17 years in California before settling on the Eastside of Seattle in 2010.

My professional journey began in Talent Acquisition and Executive Search, where I worked for organizations such as the World Economic Forum, TED Talks, Expedia, and Intuit. I had the privilege of guiding professionals through one of life’s most significant decisions—choosing the right career path.
