I was born in Brazil and speak fluent German, Brazilian Portuguese and moderate Spanish. I have been living in the US for over thirty years.

My husband and myself are the co-founders and co-managers of the Crooked Barn Vineyards, located in the Heart of the Applegate. Five acres of Bordeaux style grapes are in the ground and 10 more acres coming up in the near future.

I’m very happy to be part of this wonderful community by being a member of the OSU Land Stewardship, OSU Jackson County Master Gardener, WHOW (Women Helping Other Women) and the Applegate Partnership & Watershed Council groups as well volunteering for ATA (Applegate Trail Association), KS Wildland Center and Sanctuary One.

My passion is the care and love for our environment, our soil and our food.
