We used her for both the sale of our home, and the purchase of a new home- coordinating closing to happen one day after selling. She was present for everything, inspection, appraisal- things that meant we didn't have to suddenly leave work, or drop other things. Communication was great all the way through the timeline, and she had great suggestions for movers, fencing companies, electricians- everything we needed. I would use them again without hesitation!
