Ginna is an absolute pleasure to work with. Also, she had so many great advices to give us about purchasing a home. I definitely felt that she went out of her way to make sure that we weren't getting into a money pit and with the negotiations. From start to completion of our real estate sale, Ginna guided us with expertise and professionalism. This was a “remote” sale and she handled everything that needed to be handled at the other end like local contact, signage, inspections, and etc. . This meant we only had to go across the state to move our furniture out. We had worked with Ginna in the past so our confidence was high for a smooth transaction and we were not disappointed. Our home sold in three days with a full price offer in a somewhat difficult market. We would gladly recommend her for quick professional and very satisfying results.

Ginna has definitively earned my highest recommendation and is more than diserving of a 5 Star Rating. We moved from across the country and initially met via a virtual meeting. As first time homebuyers we were certainly nervous and intimitated by the prospoect of buying what would most likely be site unseen from thousands of miles away. Ginna made all that disappear. She was friendly, helpful, and showed a desire to go above and beyond earning our trust immediately. Through what became an eight month process and a drastically changing housing market she never waivered in her search for us and would explain everything to us, sometimes multiple times, to make the process more understandable. We are truly appreciative of her patience with us. She made the home buying experience such a pleasure with candid feedback and rigorous searching it felt as if we had a lifelong friend that knew all about us as our eyes and ears throughout. We could not have found a better realtor. As a family that moves a lot and will be looking to buy again in the future, she has set an incredibly high precedent for realtors we will work with. EDIT: Ginna is STILL amazing! She helped me sell my home 8 months ago and has helped me every day since then on my journey to find and buy my next place. This market was absolutely insane and extremely difficult to navigate, but I knew I could manage with Ginna by my side. She maintained a positive attitude and kept encouraging me throughout literal hundreds of showings and over 10 offers that were out-bid. She is extremely knowledgeable and I'm confident that without her and her well-thought strategy, the bid for my townhouse would not have been accepted. As a first-time home buyer, we were excited and nervous to be jumping in such a crazy market. After our first chat with Ginna, we knew we had found our person!
