Gina was beyond my expectations of helpful. She lined up 7 contractors with estimates. Our new house had a long list of enormous problems and we were able to provide estimate of costs to the seller and lower the purchase price substantially, thanks to Gina’s fast paced very attentive process. Her communication via text, phone and email is exceptional. She’s clear and always made sure all parties involved were receiving needed communication. She lined up several mortgage brokers and helped support us with the best interest rate offered but also ensuring we understood the financial contracts we were purchasing. She was helping us compare apples to apples. And she ensure extra furniture and junk was removed from the basement including some enormous heavy clay statue. I am so trilled with my new home after 7 months of shopping we are very happy, and our realtor helped make this a happy purchase.

Gina is just fabulous. She is professional, knows her stuff, makes good suggestions, puts in extra effort when needed, has great communication skills and is easy to work with. In a slower housing market, she had our home priced right, and we had an offer in just two weeks, that turned into a sale.
She helped us locate and coordinate with contractors to get the home in great shape prior to listing and after the offer, to clear up items from the home inspection. Gina always has a positive attitude and is like a ray of sunshine wherever we meet. I would recommend Gina anytime, anywhere. She is great!

Gina went above and beyond expected duties. She had to deal with buyers demand for some articles that were left for the buyer and other items that were intended to be disposed of but timing and closure of disposal site prevented some items left on premises.
