Buying and selling property is an infrequent, yet significant event in a person’s life, and Geoff’s mission is to aid in that experience by representing his clients with honesty, proficiency, professionalism, and relentless commitment…along with a well-developed sense of humor.

With 20+ years’ experience in marketing, project management, and contract negotiation Geoff has a strong foundation for business.  Geoff’s personality and background, combined with Windermere’s resources, reputation and high performance in the market, position him to make your real estate journey a success.

Geoff has lived in the Greater Seattle Area for most of the past 30 years, and has experienced the growth and changes to both Seattle and the Eastside.  After a few years living in Oregon and Texas, along with extensive travel and exposure to all but three states in the USA, Geoff and his family returned for good to the Pacific Northwest in 2005, ultimately settling in Newcastle, WA, just south of Bellevue.

Married, with three highly active children, Geoff is committed to his family and very involved in the community, including participation with three PTSAs, as a board member of the Newcastle PONY Baseball League, and as coach for several of his kids’ sports teams.  He loves the outdoors, movies, and a good book.
