Thank you!

Hello!
Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to share a little bit about myself with you. I appreciate so much in advance your time and consideration. Always let me know what questions, thoughts or comments you might have - I’m happy to help!
Building relationships has always been paramount in my life. Connection, communication and trust - amongst other things, must be in place for any sort of relationship to really work. Since beginning my career in real estate, I have striven to ensure that all of my clients understand that selling their home may be my objective, but my goal is to gain their trust and build a relationship.
It all started in 2005 when I decided, after a lot of prompting from many individuals, to get my real estate license. Since then, I have consistently been ranked in the top three percent of all Realtors in Spokane. I won Rookie of the Year my first year in the business, selling over $4 million in inventory, and have continued to remain amongst the top agents for volume sold.
My sales listings range from modest to mansion. My real estate knowledge coupled with unique marketing help my clients secure the best price, in quick time. On average, my client home listings sell within a month and for 98% list price.
Named among Top 1% of Realtors by Spokane Association of Realtors: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022
Centurion Award Winner for Century 21: 2014, 2013, 2011, 2010, 2009
#1 Spokane Realtor at Century 21 Beutler & Associates: 2009
Named Rookie of the Year, Century 21 Beutler & Associates: 2005
I attribute much of my success to my ability to consistently seek and make connections. Keeping up with the market and its current condition has always been extremely important to me. I try my very best to always remain realistic with my clients regarding their home’s price and condition in varied markets, and convey what’s going on as frequently as possible. Because of my desire to always do the best job I can, I never take a listing at a price I know is irrational.
Knowledge is power, and I pride myself on staying as up-to-date as I possibly can. In today’s modern world, keeping up with the newest, most practical ways to market and truly sell are also vital. Every home I list receives massive amounts of marketing in several different facets. While this is truly important, understanding the difference between passive and active marketing explains why my techniques almost always beat the competition. In traditional, passive marketing, your home receives great visibility in both print and digital aspects. These methods tend to get the job done, but they don’t truly promote your home. Active marketing includes activities such as open houses, broker’s opens, immediate conversations with agents who show the home for direct feedback, and communicating your home to every person who might have even the slightest interest.
Communication is always key. That’s why I contact every one of my clients at least once a week just to let them know where we are in the process. Selling your home should never be an activity that one dreads. Yes, it can be stressful - but with somebody who truly seeks to make the process as carefree as possible, and knows what they’re doing, it can be a pleasant experience.
I love what I do, and would love the opportunity to help you in whatever way I can. Thanks again so much for allowing me the chance to help you with the sale of your home. I look forward to working with you!
