About Gavin Williams
I’m a Commercial Real Estate Advisor based in Northern Utah, working primarily with local business owners and investors on leasing, site selection, and commercial property acquisitions. I enjoy learning how businesses actually operate and helping owners make real estate decisions that support their growth instead of holding them back. Much of my time is spent meeting with people, touring properties, and understanding long term goals so I can be a resource they can rely on, not just someone involved in a single transaction. I take a relationship first approach and aim to be a straightforward, dependable point of contact whenever real estate questions come up.
Outside the Office
When I’m not working, I’m usually outside or doing something active. I like fly fishing, hunting, riding dirt bikes, and getting up into the mountains when I can. I also spend a lot of time with my dog Bentley and try to stay consistent in the gym. I’m a pretty straightforward person and I try to bring that same easygoing, no pressure approach into how I work with clients and people I do business with.
Experience
I began my real estate career as a Portfolio Manager with Olde Mill Investment Properties, where I worked directly with owners and tenants and gained hands on experience in property operations, leasing, and asset management. I was later hired as an Associate at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), working alongside national brokerage teams on corporate real estate accounts and investment transactions. That experience gave me exposure to large scale lease negotiations, tenant representation, and the way institutional investors evaluate real estate decisions. Today I bring that same analytical and professional approach to local business owners and investors who want experienced guidance while still working with someone accessible and responsive.
