My Story

Gavin Vargas is a 27-year-old top-producing Realtor specializing in residential real estate throughout Southeastern WA since 2019. Gavin was raised by a family of real estate professionals, most notably his late-grandfather, Jeff Thompson, founder of Windermere Group One, and a previous state Real Estate Commissioner, leaving a lasting impact on the real estate industry to this day. Gavin graduated from Washington State University with his bachelor’s in business in 2019 and immediately began helping home buyers and sellers, first assisting family and other long-time real estate veterans, allowing him to learn, earn experience, and develop valuable skills quickly. Gavin leverages his competitive nature, discipline, and passion for helping people to take ownership of not just homes but also their lives. His mission is to help his clients maximize their lives through buying and selling real estate. Utilizing aggressive and proactive cutting-edge marketing and negotiating techniques and strategies, Gavin has helped well over 200 households unlock the power of homeownership.  In addition to buying, selling, and investing in real estate, you will find him in the kitchen cooking, taking a walk with his miniature wiener dogs, and staying active with his family.
