Managing Broker
G. Todd Young has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the Seattle real estate market since 1992, obtaining a Managing Broker license in 1995. While many agents approach real estate purely as a sales profession, Todd sees it differently—more as a blended role of educator, communicator, and trusted guide. His goal is simple: to equip clients with the knowledge, perspective, and support they need to make confident decisions, while fostering conversations that lead to genuine win-win outcomes.
That people-first mindset extends well beyond his work. After meeting a client at Green Lake Park in 2011, Todd couldn’t help but notice the incredible amount of litter scattered around the grounds. Instead of shrugging it off, he founded Green Lake Litter Patrol—a community service group committing two hours each week picking up litter in the park. What began as a small act of service has grown into a dedicated community effort, with regular volunteers that have contributed more than 22,000 volunteer hours to date, over the last 15 years.
A longtime supporter of Seattle Parks & Recreation, Todd shows up each week to help keep Green Lake Park beautiful and litter free. New volunteers are always welcome. Learn more or join in any Sunday: www.GreenLakeLitterPatrol.com
