Evan got his start in real estate in 2013 - starting his career with CBRE commercial in Seattle. Born and raised in Lake Stevens, Evan is a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He was a member of the 2010 Holiday Bowl-winning Husky football team.

In 2019, Evan and his wife purchased their first home and have since built a small portfolio of multifamily rental properties. Through this experience, Evan has developed hands-on expertise in value-add investing and extensive renovation projects. Known for his strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and skilled negotiation, Evan brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Evan’s greatest joys are his wife, son, golden retriever, and spending quality time with family and friends.
