Our family has worked with Erin Ewing on 5 real estate transactions in the past 17 years -- both buying and selling. Erin is a complete pleasure to work with. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, skilled; hard-working, reliable and thorough; personable with a keen sense of humor. For logistical reasons, our most recent purchase needed to be completed quickly before we were out-of-country for a time. From viewing the property to recording in 3-1'2 weeks, she was on top of the process every step of the way; having a list of skilled professionals and tradesmen she recommended for us to get the various job done (inspectors, lenders, etc.); and tools in the trunk of her car for nitty gritty tasks like measuring the garage. No job is too big or small for Erin.

Erin helped my sister in law, Edwina purchase a waterfront condo - she wasn't sure what she wanted at first and Erin patiently walked her through many properties with excellent insights into both the positives and negatives of each one. Erin was available immediately when I found what I thought was the perfect fit for me. She helped me look at other properties available in the entire area and I was able to make an excellent decision with her help, not the property I initially thought I wanted. Erin is fun, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful—going above and beyond what I consider normal real estate related tasks. We have worked with Erin on four real estate transactions and she has been extremely helpful with all of them. Oh My Gosh! I don't even know where to start. Erin was FABULOUS! As this was my first experience selling a house, I had no idea about the process. The home Erin sold was my childhood home. Therefore, my first time being a seller forty-something years later. All I can say is that Erin facilitated every move meticulously. She explained everything. The whole process was smooth and seamless. And if I did have concerns, Erin was able to help me understand, which diminished those concerns. In addition, I sold the house virtually. I live in another state and did not feel like I had to fly to Seattle to complete the selling process. The technology was efficient, and when I had to sign a document, a local notary came to me. I signed, and they overnighted it. It might sound too good to be true; yet, the whole process went without a 'blimp.' And when we did run into a few situations, Erin's experiences corrected the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Erin. Seek her for your purchasing or selling needs. You won't be disappointed :)! I wasn't!

Erin helped me sell my condo, as well as helped my fiancé and I buy our first house. She made the whole process as easy as could be with her knowledge and ability to help narrow down what we were looking for. Being a first time homebuyer is incredibly nerve-wracking, but Erin was there for us throughout the whole process, and helped us feel confident in our decisions. She helped us find the right house for us, and then make it a reality!

This was our third transaction with Erin in the last 9 months, however, Erin has truly been our real estate advisor for the past 8 years or so. Erin helped us purchase our new home in Seattle. She was incredibly supportive, available, and willing to walk us through the process. She really hustled and carved out large portions of her schedule to show us lots of houses. She worked with us to make sure we felt good about our offer and purchase. After our closing she even offered to help connect us with contractors and introduced us to people to help get work done in our place as contractors can be hard to find in Seattle. Erin is incredibly friendly and just extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Erin was very thorough, resourceful & honest throughout the process. She works very hard and was taking my calls and answering my emails/messages almost always (including when traveling cross country!). Just as one of the many examples, she promptly jumped in to help with some yard clearing well after transaction closed, which is a testimony for her commitment to complete customer satisfaction. Will definitely recommend her to family and friends and use her services for any future real estate forays.

Erin was excellent on all levels. She showed us several homes and was very responsive. She even worked until 11pm one night to find an answer. She provided very thorough information on the property we bought, more than I've ever had an agent do. She always had the paperwork ready to sign and was able to anticipate issues before they arose. I would use her again.

I am not trying to stuff the ballot box here but Erin is just the best real estate experience I have ever had. She had an answer for every problem I had from mover to carpet layer to a wonderful guy who did kitchen and bath remodeling for me. She even took care of my dog one day and due to necessity of a quick move she stayed at the new house with carpet layers while I was at old home with movers. She is amazing and the thing I like the best about her is she never pushed and if I said no it was no and we were on to another place. There are not too many real estate agents like that. She did my paperwork for me as well because I had no idea what was going on or what I was doing. I recommended her to two friends and both families love her. When I move again which will probably happen in a few years I would deal with no one but Erin. If can't have Erin I am not moving. I mean what I said very sincerely and I now consider Erin my friend first and real estate agent second. Donna Doyle

Erin helped me find and buy my first house AND expertly negotiated the recent sale of that same house 4 years later. I was living out of state and she made our sale feel SO easy and smooth despite there being a lot to do. I was also in the middle of Wedding Planning, so you can imagine the stress, but honestly it was a breeze. She really went out of her way to put in a ton of her own personal time and thinking and that extra effort really showed. We got over our asking price and really enjoyed the experience.

Erin helped find the perfect house for Me. She patiently listened and used her experience and expertise to help narrow my search and within 2 weeks, I had an offer on the perfect property! She formed strategy for negotiating with the buyer and was able to successfully get me the price I needed to close the deal. She was helpful during each step of the process and worked well with my lender, the other agent, escrow, the inspectors, and contractors. I am fully confident that Erin worked for my best interests during the entirety of the buying process. I would highly recommend her services to anyone wishing to buy a home anywhere on the Eastside!!

Erin was competent, thoughtful, listened to our concerns and view points, and helped us with the entire process of preparing, listing and selling our home. She helped us at every point of the process, doing things over and beyond what we have ever experienced with other realtors. Probably the most impressive part of her abilities were in the final closing and negotiating phase - it was impressive watching her close the deal. This is the second time that we have asked Erin to sell a house and both times she was terrific, guiding us through the process with great expertise. She also helped us buy a house in 2006 and was again terrific finding us the perfect place. This time she found us a great place to rent and has continued to help us with multiple problems. She is a wonderful agent and even better friend. This 3rd time she helped us find a "new" home very close to our rental ( the perfect location) and a great place for us with the master on the main floor. As always, she is wonderful at her job and a terrific person.

There is no one would match Erin, she is very professional and kind. She worked so hard and made sure our house had exposure to reach a wide array of potential buyers. She also worked with the staging professional and made sure the features of our house was highlighted. I will hire her again.
