This was our first time buying a house. I had no idea what to expect. Eric was better at helping us that I could have ever hoped. I didn't see our house before we put an offer in. I called Eric and said can you and my husband please look at this place? I was out of the state, and between my husband and Eric, I trusted them to figure out if it was the place we wanted. Eric and I had looked at several homes and I felt confident that he knew what my priorities were. We put an offer in the next day. Eric stuck with us even after we closed on it and has because a good friend. Eric is a down to earth, trust worthly real estate agent, who will do you right!

Dana was fantastic! She was super helpful in finding something that fit us. She pointed out why houses would be good or not based on the home itself, property, neighborhood, etc. Dana had great communication throughout the whole process. As first-time home buyers, we didn't have a lot of knowledge and Dana was able to provide us with every answer we needed. She also was very personable so we were able to connect with her rather than it being a transaction. I am very happy that we ended up with Dana.

Every once in a while you do business with someone that becomes a good friend! We were lucky enough to find this combo in Eric Linville with Ridge Realty Group. We had complete trust and confidence in Eric to handle looking at a house and helping us to navigate buying our 1st house all while I was flying back from an out of state business trip. We are very happy to say we are under contract on a house that was only on the market for a matter a days and had an offer on it before Eric and Jason Andren went to look at it. We were looking to buy a home last year when the market was crazy. Our rental had sold and we had to move. We were looking for another rental, when Dana said that we should try to buy. Dana guided us in the process from beginning to end. We put in a few offers, coming in second on each and just when we thought we would never find a home, Dana found the perfect one. We made an offer and closed on our home 3 weeks later. That was 2 days before our lease ended at the rental where we had been for 10 1/2 years. Dana never gave up and we will be forever thankful!!!
