I'm Eric Kinzler, a REALTOR® with Windermere Real Estate and one half of Pavone Kinzler, a real estate team serving Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Ames Lake, and the Snoqualmie Valley. My business partner, Mike Pavone, and I work with buyers and sellers throughout Seattle's Eastside, with a particular focus on Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, waterfront properties, and homes that offer something a little different.

Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is one of our biggest areas of focus. We know the floor plans, the amenities, and the details that make buying or selling in this 55+ community different from other neighborhoods. From understanding the HOA and design review process to evaluating the differences between homes and their locations within Trilogy, we help our clients make informed decisions. Ames Lake is especially important to me because it's where I call home. I'm actively involved in the community, and in 2026, I've been the #1 real estate agent in Ames Lake for both sales volume and transaction sides, according to NWMLS data. I've also sold four Ames Lake waterfront properties this year alone.
Living here and working with so many of my neighbors has given me a perspective on this market that goes well beyond what you'll find in a listing description. Waterfront properties, acreage, and unique homes often require a different approach, and I enjoy helping clients understand what makes these properties special.
