Elly was amazing to work with while selling my father’s house after his passing. His house was rather large and completely full of his memorabilia, and Elly met with me early in the process to give me a sense of the scope, gave me support during the process of going through everything and getting things cleaned up and ready to list, and when I finally as ready to list she really shone!

Elly is organized, responsive, has great attention to detail, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is very perceptive, quickly figuring out what I liked/disliked and wanted/needed in a home. When the townhouse I liked wasn't quite right, she helped me negotiate an amazing deal that included home customization and upgrades. Elly did a great job communicating with me and the builder throughout a whirlwind timeline, as we closed in 45 days even with tons of work being done on our new home. Little did I know that Elly is even more impressive as a seller's agent! She worked so hard to sell my house, often going way above and beyond. We toured houses in the neighborhood together several times, so that she could get a sense of the market and help me understand both how to set my house apart and how to price it appropriately. I decided to do a lot of work on my house to maximize our sale price. Elly and her partner worked tirelessly to help me find and coordinate contractors, taking over the tasks I wasn't up for doing myself.
