Elly exercises a broad understanding of local Seattle neighborhoods and the surrounding areas. She currently serves on the Leadership team of the Washington State Residential Real Estate Council, which provides education and networking opportunities for Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designees and RRC members.

Thriving on the daily hustle and intricacies of the real estate industry, Elly loves nothing more than delivering keys to unlock a new homeowner’s home or finalizing the seller’s role in the transaction. With a career spanning over two decades, Elly strives to guide you through the home buying or selling process in an open, warm, holistic and collaborative manner.

Elly originally hails from the Boston, Massachusetts area where she first experienced the joys of sailing. Today, in her free time, she can be found cruising or racing on the waters of Seattle’s own Lake Union, the Puget Sound and beyond on her aptly named “Happy Place” – a vintage Catalina 27 Sailboat.
