Elizabeth is a detail-orientated and organized Transaction Coordinator.

With 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Elizabeth brings a proven ability to work effectively and confidentially throughout each transaction. She has worked alongside and learned from top agents in the business. Her duties include managing deadlines, creating timelines for contracts, and providing weekly updates from mutual to close for clients, agents, escrow, title, and lender. She displays a high level of professionalism when interacting with all parties of a transaction. Her commitment to structured and detailed files help brokers stay organized and creates a smooth, stress-free experience for all. Elizabeth is level headed with a positive and upbeat attitude. She is considered an asset by the brokers she partners with and consistently delivers quality, thoughtful work for them and their clients.

Born and raised in Seattle, Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. Right out of school she started working as an assistant for a busy real estate agent and his team in a role where she wore many different hats. After 7 years on that team, she realized she wanted to focus more on transaction coordination and was fortunate enough to move her skills to Windermere East, Inc. and the Transaction Services team.

In her free time, Elizabeth can often be found outdoors with her golden retriever Millie. She also enjoys cheering on the Husky football team, cooking/baking, working out with Peleton, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
