Dustin is a Realtor and owner of Slick Real Estate with Windermere Southeast. He grew up in the subarctic area of Canada, but moved to Washington as a teen. He’s been proud to call this beautiful state home for more than 20 years now. Growing up, he was always looking for the next big adventure. From spending time as an exchange student in Germany, to earning his pilot’s license, Dustin loves a challenge. In 2006, he found his true passion in joining the real estate industry.
By working with national and international financial institutions and hedge funds, he was responsible for the management of large, mixed-use multifamily assets from acquisition/development, to daily operations and renovation. During this time, he became an expert at creative problem-solving with an eye for detail. In 2016, Dustin joined the Windermere family to work in management, before deciding to work with clients one-on-one as a trusted agent. His past experiences and understanding of markets make him an incredible resource today.
As someone who is always looking for new ways to better serve his clients Dustin has earned several designations and certifications, including Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
When he’s not busy negotiating deals, showing homes, or talking through decisions with his clients, Dustin enjoys spending time outdoors with three active boys. His wife is a local school teacher, so they dedicate a lot of their energy to parent/teacher organizations and community events. They also love to travel and experience new cultures as a family.
