DraVonne Jones is an entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for home ownership. She knows the joy of linking the right buyers and sellers together in luxury markets throughout the Puget Sound region. She is committed to providing clients with superior service and a stress-free home buying and selling experience. DraVonne’s path in real estate starts in Memphis, Tennessee, where she first got started in property transactions. At the time, she was both owner and principal artist of Bella Brielle Makeup. When she wasn’t creating works of art with make-up, she was building the foundation of her real estate career.

In 2018, a move back home to Washington State enabled her to merge her entrepreneurial spirit with her love of real estate, and she founded Jones Premier Group. As a small business owner, she understands that exceptional customer experience is the heartbeat of a luxury brand. Her enthusiasm for helping others motivates her to connect meaningfully with buyers and sellers. The joyful fulfillment of finding the right home for her clients, especially for first-time buyers, is what drives her to exceed expectations throughout the entire process. She is dedicated to working with groups that help create homeownership opportunities for Black and Indigenous peoples, and other underrepresented groups in property ownership.

When she is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters. Her favorite days out of the office are spent reading, learning new things, traveling, research, watching documentaries, and laughing with family and friends. Her church is at the center of her being and attributes her faith as the reason she has so much to give. Her husband, Ronelle Jones, is pastor of True Vine Community Church in North Tacoma. Through the many ministries established by the active members of their church, they work together to provide food, clothing, and resources to people experiencing homelessness in their community and surrounding areas. She also enjoys mentoring other young women in entrepreneurship, property ownership and all facets of life in between.
