With a background as a licensed professional engineer (PE) specializing in building construction and maintenance, I've held diverse roles as a designer, project engineer, project manager, and program manager. Known for being hardworking, analytical, and process-driven, I prioritize documenting client wants and needs while always putting the client's interests first.

My journey into real estate began when I took on the responsibility of fixing up and selling my parents' home in Mendocino County, subsequently purchasing a new home for them in Citrus Heights. This experience illuminated how my unique talents could be utilized to assist others in navigating the intricacies of real estate transactions. My engineering skills further came into play when I designed and constructed modifications to accommodate their mobility issues.
