I am extremely happy with the sale of my home with Jill Himlie. She priced the home right and informed us that in this price range, buyers are asking for closing costs, which allowed us to adjust the asking price before listing to anticipate such an offer. We had an offer within 6 days of listing and it included closing costs. We accepted the full price offer with closing costs and got exactly what we wanted out of this sale. She also personally took care of details that arose out of the appraisal so that we wouldn't have to drive into town while on vacation.
