My husband and I have used 7 realtors in the past 12 years. Dina is the only one we’d ever use again or refer with absolute confidence to a friend. We told Dina a few years ago about a specific neighborhood and school district we’d like to get into. However, it would take the “perfect” home to get us to move yet again. When the home we wanted became available she was available and energetic to help us make everything happen. She listed our house quickly and it sold quickly. She thinks of all the things that you don’t have the time to think about when you’re moving with kids. Danyelle and JD are also so helpful and are there for you if Dina is out with another client. My favorite is the “Friday Updates” she sends when you are in the limbo phase and unsure of where everything sits. She will land the plane of buying and selling as smoothly as possible. The Windermere Team with Dina and Danyelle have been incredible to work with! As a Bozeman native, I have worked with Dina since 2017 and she is truly my top choice realtor in the Gallatin area! Over the years she has helped me get into my first home, sell my first home, and buy my dream house. The resources Dina provides and the connections she has to this community are unmatched. When buying a home, she had an inspector called and scheduled after two days of being under contract, a maintenance person on hand to call and help with installations the same day as move-in, she had neighborhood updates after purchasing, and was a wealth of knowledge through the process. When selling my home, she had a photographer hired to take pictures, she had recommendations for companies to help with all items on my inspection list, and the best part, my home was on the market for only three days before receiving a full-price offer, thanks to her connections in the community. She is easily available for any questions and truly had my best interest at heart. I trust all of my home selling and buying to Dina and can not put into words how helpful she was though the entire buying and selling process!
