Dennis was exceptional, and I really feel like he went above and beyond. I needed to sell my home quickly, but it also required a lot of upgrades. Dennis was very accommodating and understanding about both my budget constraints and the tight timeline. Denny cannot be beat. I am very cheap and have been a real-estate investor, consumer, and critic for 20 years. He has sold 3 of my homes and when I share what he does for my homes and how he changes the price and proves his value, others feel bad that they hired their crappy realtors. Denny is so skilled both in his ability to reach humans and his analytical prowess that you will be hard-pressed to find another unicorn that can compete with him until you start dealing with the 5-20 million property range realtor specialists. Skill, though, only matters if the character is already golden. Denny comes from a paradigm that when you do the right thing, you become someone better, and over a career, that changes a man to have integrity and compassion and be an example to others of how things should be done. If you don't hire him, you're missing out. HE helped me sell 2 houses for top-dollar in an off-peak season with high-interest-rate balanced and weird market.

I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Denny Hancock and his team. He took a difficult situation of my mom passing away and having to put our childhood home up for sale and turning it into a fairly easy process. During this emotional time, he provided step by step guidance to my sister and I in what we needed to do to sell the home. He coordinated with us on the schedule, packing up the house, dumping unwanted items, budgeting and remodeling the home (along with all complications this came with). He allowed us to take on as much work as we could handle and stepped in when we couldn't support, all while keeping us in the loop and on schedule. When all was said and done and the house was staged for selling, it was so much more than we expected. The details of the home were fantastic, down to the flowers planted in the garden to honor my mom's passion for gardening. An offer on the house was accepted five days after it listed and we couldn't be happier to have another family love this home as much as we did. Denny and Team Hancock were so great to work with to sell our home. Since we worked with Denny to buy our current home back in 2019, we knew we could trust him to sell our rental home when it came to the right time to do so. We started the conversation with Denny to possibly sell our rental home in late June, and we had closed on an excellent and easy sale by mid September. They made the whole process super easy from providing current comparable listings in our area to come up with the right listing price, getting the house ready with an inspection, repairs, new carpet installation, high quality staging, excellent photography, and going live with listing and hosting open houses, that we were able to close within a month and an half from listing without a hitch. Denny helped me buy the house in Everett, WA area, even though it was not his usual work area he quickly gained the knowledge about the local market and I felt very confident working with him. One of the pluses was also the cost analyses model that Denny prepared to ensure the house I liked was reasonably priced in the current neighborhood. Denny helped me buy a property in December 2019 but the process started in April 2018 when I first talked to Denny about the property, since I knew it was going to be on the market and the seller went through a few false starts along the way. Back then it didn’t go any further than a discussion with a feasibility expert (that I also found through Denny) but when I called him more than a year later we simply picked up from where we left off. As part of the offer process, Denny helped me through all the background research to estimate remodeling and permitting costs. He used his contacts to perform related title research, find contractors to make estimates for remodeling and we went together to the city’s planning department together to speak to staff there about permit applications on records etc. Though his usual turf appears to be Bellevue/Redmond/Sammamish, that hardly seemed to matter and I would not hesitate to ask him to represent me in Finn Hill again. It is the first time I have bought a property to rent it out and I also benefited from Denny’s personal experience and advice about that, which I might not have embarked on otherwise. He definitely treated his client in a holistic way, going well beyond merely representing me in the transaction. We also stopped to eat burgers, and I recommend him as a great guy for that kind of activity too.
