If you're a buyer looking for an agent who will do whatever it takes to find a home for you, I can't recommend Denise enough. She responds to messages and questions quickly. One of the busiest agents I know, yet never makes you feel that way.
She knew my taste, price point, and concerns and never once pushed me into a house I had reservations about.
What she DID do was go beyond expectations, and displayed endless patience while I was being picky and particular. She ended up making a deal on a house that wasn't on the market, and within 3 weeks of making the offer, I was moving in. She's a real estate magician for buyers (and sellers). Thank you, Denise. Denise is top drawer in her work with her clients and we realized a service level we had not known before and the work of our mighty God through her hands. From making us aware of the current market trends of our comps to working with gifted people to present to the world our home. Managing the process of selling through all the regulations and red tape to schooling use and others in the process to do the right thing even when it is hard. Connecting us with help at our destination and managing that even from here. Answering anxiety filled texts with encouragement. Providing a network of gifted and salt of the earth vendors to help us through all our repairs at a reasonable price and furnace inspection providing a coupon and providing us with a service to select our movers in a bidding process which is amazing. Sending local movers to assist us in a pinch. It is the selfless love and commitment she freely gives to those whose lives are changing in a real and stress-filled way. We stepped in to doing business with her and received more than we ever hoped or imagined. Her excellent work provided us with all we needed and more to walk into the new chapter of our lives whole and deeply blessed.

Denise helped me through what can be a stressful and scary process, always explaining everything. She is very sharp, a quick thinker and acts to get the best possible deal for her clients. Just want to start out by saying that Denise is absolutely amazing ! We had a unique situation as we were relocating from out of state and didn't know the area. Denise completely stepped up to the plate to help us. We weren't sure of exactly what area we wanted to be in. Denise showed us homes in different areas, described the communities, schools, etc until we found exactly what was best for us. Since we were out of town, Denise would preview all the homes we selected first and give us an up front opinion. We would then fly in for a day and look at the homes we selected. We did this at least 10 times until we found the perfect house. Denise was always patient and treated us as if she was finding her own home. She was also extremely helpful during the purchasing process. Always being our local representative. We very fortunate to have such a dedicated person working with us. Eric and Merisa

Denise responded quickly, was conscientious, and highly trustworthy ! We bought a house through her never having seen it in person because we lived states away and couldn't get there. But she was awesome in her willingness to inspect it and knew what we were looking for. When we were finally able to visit our new home it was just what we desired!

Denise was the consummate professional from our first meeting right through the close of the sale. We have purchased and sold a number of houses over the years, and quite honestly we've never had a realtor become a truly dedicated partner and advocate for us. We always felt like Denise honestly had our best interests in mind. On several occasions she went above-and-beyond a 'normal' realtor role: She set-up appointments and met contractors in preparation for the listing; made excellent staging recommendations, scheduled open house and private showings, and even meeting with carpet cleaners after the house was sold to clean carpets soiled by the movers! We were on a pretty tight timeline to sell our house and relocate, and Denise made the entire process as stress-free, easy and 'enjoyable' as it could be. Without hesitation and with 100% confidence, we would absolutely recommend Denise to anyone.

Denise was amazing! She made sure we had a strong offer and walked us through our options every step of the way. She kept us well informed throughout the process which can be very stressful, especially in a hot market. She pushed for us and we even beat a cash offer! After we closed she continued to check-in and make sure everything fell into place and we felt at home.
