What a great team Anna Riley and Denise Niles make for selling a home! They know their market and offer honest assessments and advice - yet if the seller makes a different choice, they work hard to achieve what the seller wants. They are savvy about negotiations and knowing what to leave alone to ask for something else that is more important. Their process is painless and enjoyable, and throughout they are pleasant and respectful as well as professional. We've sold other homes, but this one was actually fun because of Anna and Denise. Anna and her team did a superb job helping us landed the dream house in Bellevue area. It is not an easy purchase - we had a lot competitions, and negotiation with the seller side turned out to be tough. Now looking back, we are fairly certain we would not have won this house if we had a different agent - it was Anna team's 100% dedication, great understanding of the market, and skillful negotiations that helped us inked the final deal. The timing of each steps during this process was almost perfect. We feel very lucky to work with Anna and her team. Initially, we had some doubts that being a top agent, whether Anna and her team can give us enough attention since they have so many clients. The later interactions with them quickly made our doubts disappear. Anna and her team were super responsive, and in critical moments, Anna worked day and night (even 4am on a Saturday morning!) to ensure we were at a position for the next move. Denise and Anna were the most capable and professional Real Estate professionals I have ever had the experience of using to sell my house. I have spent almost 40 years in the Corperate environment and been moved several times and the majority of the moves were excellent. Interestingly, none even began to compare to the overall approach I received working with Denise and Anna. My wife had passed away recently and I need to relocate and downsize quickly. Denise stepped in and became an overall project manager. From finding me new living place, an interior decorator, a team to manage and help clear out 22 years clutter and then begin the selling process of my house. This all took place seamlessly and within 2 weeks Denise and Anna were presenting me a strategy for the sale of the house. They arranged final inspection and the staging of the house and got us on the market within just a few weeks for our starting point. Within less than 2 weeks we had multiple credible offers and sold the house for our asking price. Inspire of banking crisises and increasing interest rates in a short period of time I ended up with an unbelievable positive overall result.

Anna and Denise gave me realistic assessments of the market and how my property fit into the market, as well as what work (and money) I would need to put into my townhome in order to attain my desired sale price.
