I started my career in real estate in 1993.  Aside from the joy and satisfaction I derive from helping folks achieve their goal, I love the problem solving involved.  That's really where the insight, experience, and connections I've made over the years come in handy.

Many Realtors specialize in a specific market.  Here again, an agent's accumulated knowledge can benefit the client.  I live in Clackamas County and I know my way around the towns as well as the countryside. Country properties have many unique characteristics - wells, septics, tax deferrals.  Also, is it a horse property? Private? Is there a view? Water rights?  I raise the questions, then listen to what your needs and wants are.  Then I can guide you wisely.

Over these last 20 plus years, being a Realtor has taken me all around the Portland metro area, including Marion, Washington, Yamhill and Multnomah counties.  I am comfortable working on most city lots, and very comfortable working on country properties.
