Working with Klicia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Even before our family moved from Wichita to Washington for my new job, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and prepared us to hit the ground running the moment we arrived. She was also the one who connected us with the PNW Loans team, which made the financing side seamless. When we arrived, she even brought us dinner to welcome us—just one of the many thoughtful gestures that truly made us feel like family. Throughout the entire process, she stayed in constant contact, calling and texting regularly so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. While we toured homes with our children, she would engage with them and help keep them occupied so we could focus and talk through each property without feeling rushed or distracted. That kind of care and attention meant the world to us. We can't say enough positive things about Deborah or recommend her enough! Our experience with Klicia was incredible from beginning to end! Professional and personable, we cannot recommend Klicia-- and the entire Blom team--enough. She worked with us for over a year and a half, looking at houses as we waffled about whether or not we wanted to move. Throughout that process, she was patient, cheerful, communicative, and available, and I'm not sure there are many other realtors who would be so gracious under those circumstaces. We appreciated that she was always honest with us about a property's shortcomings, too. It was clear she had our best interests in mind and wasn't just trying to make a sale. On the very rare occasion she wasn't available to show us a house, Deborah took her place and was equally fantastic. Once we were ready to buy and sell, Klicia was an amazing advocate for us and made the process so quick and easy. She's so knowledgeable about the area and the market, and she helped us sell our house in the first weekend (and get over asking price!). Klicia also helped us find and purchase our dream house for our family. We are beyond grateful to her!
